A golden ale (no, really?) which appeared as a guest at the Caley Sample Room, which is luckily nearly a local from work. Golden ales were initially ‘invented’ to try and compete with the incoming Pilsner lagers from Europe and that pesky dishwater stuff Budweiser from the US, and as a result they are light in colour, usually very well balanced and easy to drink. This one is no exception!
