Polar Beer
A very light coloured beer served quite cold at Doctors, Polar Beer seems like a good choice to start an afternoon of fine ale! Deceptively malty and sweet on the nose, the initial taste is delicate bitterness with citrus notes. The same tastes continue through the pint and makes for a very quaffable ale. The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste, and the initial malt on the nose reappears. Good stuff!
